THIS ONE HAS IT ALL! It's everything you want in a nice, affordable package. Panther Creek runs through the middle of a large field, creating two sections, connected by culvert at the bottom for animals and gardens. In between the mountain and the hills that are on the property, there is a small holler. The property stretches up from the road to the top of the mountain into Virginia. Most of the land surrounding the entire area is wooded and undeveloped, which is a great natural habitat for wildlife and good hunting. Several potetial home sites can be found--at the bottom of the hills along the fields, up on the hills, or at the top of the mountain. All have wonderful views. Good, paved, County roads lead in from State highways to access this remote, unrestricted, private property. It is near the town of Sneedville, about 10 minutes out, where you will find just about anything you need.
