NYS Adirondack Park waterfront property with house on Upper Chase Lake for sale. This portion of the Stony Lake Road is maintained year 'round. Moose Pines Road, a private access road that cuts through the northwest corner of the property, is shared and maintained by neighbors on the western shore of the Lake. There is no formal Home Owners Association on Upper Chase Lake.
Fishing enthusiasts will be pleased with the variety of fish that inhabit this lake's clear, cool water. The most common are: Pumpkinseed Sunfish, Rock Bass, Bullhead, Smallmouth Bass, Yellow Perch and Brook Trout.
