Bottineau 160 acres located in the turtle mountians almost touching the canandian border. Here is a chance to get some prime hunting land that offers some serious sized whitetails!! when you look for a property that has it, this does, and when travel up to the property across the neighbors land to the south on the access easement you notice all the stunning oak trees and aspens and more and you just know there are deer there. the 160 acres is located just east of the Main part of the Turtle mountian state forest(dahlen) you will then notice that to the east of the property on the borderline starts another piece of state land that hugs along the east side. this land has some nice cleared out areas with grasses and alfalfa mixed in that even the elk love to eat on. as you keep heading north you hiut some nice trails that are celar and open for walking or atv trails. the middle section then has a nice change in topography and is a good open spot for food plots. oh an if you like to waterfowl hunt this place has a few nice large ponds for mallards, wood ducks and more. the property has miles of groomed trails as well. ideally someone could set this up for grazing, haying on the alfalfa or a few food plots and then wait for the wildlife to appear once the get up from being bedded down in the thick forest land. you will see everything from coyotes to fox, whiteail to elk to beaver, turkeys and more.
