This land is two tax lots of 80 acres each. The pivot covers 125 acres and is an older Zimmatic pivot that has many upgrades. Owner has put in all new control boxes, all new center drives, most gear boxes are new, new LESA system for the sprinklers, new automatic start and stop for temperature control, and a new oil system for the pump that only works when the pivot is running. There is new pipe from the well to the pivot. The land was farmed last year and planted to grain last fall. It had been in alfalfa and raised excellent crops. In addition to the pivot and irrigation well, there is a domestic well and septic system in the southeast corner of the field. There is a nice stackyard with metal fence and some corrals. This field is perimeter fenced.
