This would be an excellent hunting property with some excellent building sites. There is plenty of frontage on an well maintained county road and just a mile to a State Highway. This property has abundant wildlife including deer, turkey, and small game. Just a short drive to Mark Twain National Forest, several rivers, and a couple of trout parks including Montauk State Park. It has lots of hardwoods plus a good stand of young Pine. There is a nice pasture in the bottom that has been used to cut hay on.
