Ryan Groom is a Southern Oregon native who brings a career of public service—and a reputation built on honesty and integrity—to every real estate relationship. Born and raised in Medford, Ryan has deep roots in the Rogue Valley and a strong understanding of the many communities, landscapes, and rural areas that make Southern Oregon such a special place to live, work, and invest.
Ryan spent the last 28 years in public service in a wide range of roles protecting and serving his community. Across every assignment, Ryan’s approach was the same: lead with professionalism, stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and do the right thing—every time. Those same principles guide how he serves real estate clients today.
Ryan chose to work with US LAND CO because of the company’s leadership and its focus on helping buyers and sellers of rural and land properties. He understands that purchasing land is different from purchasing a typical home—access, usage, surrounding terrain, and lifestyle goals all matter. Ryan’s goal is to help clients make informed decisions and feel confident every step of the way, offering straightforward guidance without pressure.

Ryan is a dedicated family man. His wife is a NICU nurse, and together they have two sons—one pursuing a career in the fire service and another preparing for engineering studies. Ryan is known locally as an honest, hardworking person with long-standing connections throughout the region. He has a large network of friends and family in the Rogue Valley, and he takes pride in providing the kind of service that earns trust and long-term relationships.
