Livio Stabile

Livio Stabile was born and raised in Southern Italy. He never thought he would be living in the Upper Peninsular of Michigan until back in 1998 when he met his future wife (she was from Marquette traveling in Italy).    

When he first moved to the U.P. in 2001, it was a big cultural shock .  He didn't think he would be living here very long.  Instead he fell in Love with Lake Superior and all the beautiful things that nature offered him in the U.P.  

Livio enjoys mountain biking, hiking, fishing, camping and spending time at all of Lake Superior's hidden beaches with family and friends.  

Livio obtained an Accounting Degree from Salerno University before moving to Michigan, he got his  Real Estate Licence in 2010.  He has been an active realtor, both in urban and rural areas of the U.P. , ever since.

Livio is a hard worker and you can always be sure he will give 100% to make sure that you are satisfied with his service.
