Jenny Hitner is a native Oregonian having grown up in Pleasant Hill, Oregon. She obtained a Bachelors of Science in both Mathematics and Physics from Pacific University and earned her Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. She worked as a mechanical engineer, designing farm equipment for 7 years and obtained her real estate license in 2021. Her unique background and education make her a very detail-oriented person and perfect for the real estate business. Although she just recently obtained her license she has been investing in real estate since 2012 and is able to easily navigate all sides in a transaction.
Jenny specializes in forest, farm/ranch and rural properties. She has been active in the forestry and farming communities through her involvement in her family's forest management and forest trucking businesses, designing agricultural equipment, and being an active member of Oregon Women for Agriculture. She recognizes that forest, farm/ranch and rural properties are unique and very different from most common residential properties. They require a completely different knowledge base. Jenny has that knowledge because she lives in and is a part of these communities. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports, hunting, fishing and spending time with her husband Garren and son Ryder.
If you have any questions regarding the valuation, sale or purchase of property, don't hesitate to reach out to Jenny. She is very knowledgeable and is here to assist you every step of the way.
