Gail Garaventa

Gail and her husband recently retired from their life in the Napa Valley and relocated to a 150-acre hay and cattle ranch in Siskiyou County.

Although a new real estate licensee, Gail is no stranger to real estate. For the past 18 years, she has been president of a family-owned development company, purchasing land, commercial properties, rental properties, and managing street development and construction sites. Leaving Napa meant retiring from her 30+ year career in the fitness industry. She was General Manager of Napa’s premier Fitness Center, HealthQuest Fitness, where she had her hands on everything from building and software projects to training fitness instructors.

She is thrilled to return to life in Siskiyou County. This is where she found the mountains, had her children, and became an avid hiker/backpacker and snow skier. One of her lifetime goals was to teach her grandchildren to ski, and she has reached that goal. Next is to take them out on horseback into mountain lakes!

Gail’s strong interest in real estate was the impetus for reaching out to California Outdoor Properties. The company’s focus and ideology align with her personal values and experience. She is excited to begin this chapter and looks forward to helping others enter their next chapter, be it a lifestyle change, a long-distance move, or making that jump into a new home.
