Courtney Weis

Courtney Weis is an accomplished Real Estate Broker with over two decades of invaluable industry experience. Raised in a tight-knit agricultural community, Courtney’s deep-rooted connection to the land and her unwavering work ethic have been instrumental in her successful career.  She started her real estate career working with property owners who were facing financial challenges. She uses her legal background in Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Bank Auditing, Contract and Real Estate Law, to help property owners navigate some of the toughest and most complex situations.  Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, including her cherished grandkids. Her commitment to family values extends into her professional life, where she strives to help her clients find not just properties, but places where they can build memories and traditions.  Courtney’s hobbies are camping, hiking, fly fishing, riding ATV’s, gardening and watching football with family and friends.  She has a passion for volunteering at Mary’s Home/Dream Centers in Colorado Springs and helping out at Operation Underground Railroad.
