Caleb Howard

I began my career in 2017 specializing in the sales of farms, ranches, timberland, commercial, and rural-residential properties. Early on, I was fortunate to build strong momentum successfully closing transactions across multiple states and two countries. That growth reflects not only my passion for this business, but also my commitment to the clients I serve.

As a multigenerational farmer and rancher, lifelong outdoorsman, and active landowner, I bring real-world experience to every transaction. This background has allowed me to develop a reputation for successfully navigating and closing large, complex deals that others often cannot. I’m proud to be part of the LandLeader network, providing my clients with national exposure through one of the most recognized platforms in land brokerage.

I’m often described as “uniquely qualified,” largely due to the breadth of experience I bring beyond traditional real estate agents. I’ve worked alongside clients on water rights, carbon credits, agricultural and hunting leases, conservation easements, timber harvest, wildlife management, and habitat restoration. I also rely on a strong network of industry professionals and long-standing relationships to create additional value for the people I represent.

I believe that being a great broker comes down to adding value through strategy, structure, clear communication, and experience-backed knowledge. Most importantly, I take the time to understand each client’s goals and work to deliver results that align with their vision. One of the things I enjoy most about this business is the opportunity to see new country and meet great people, and I welcome the chance to connect with me anytime.

Education:
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Rangeland Ecology and Management, with a minor in Animal Science Production, from the University of Idaho.

I'm also an alumni of the Ranching for Profit program.
