Amaia Black and her Father, Doug Larzelier, team up together as Team Idahope and have been successfully helping their clients since 2016. Of course, as Father & Daughter, they've been together all of Amaia's life and they naturally complement each other utilizing different gifts and abilities. They both have HUGE hearts for people in general and their clients, more specifically, and get tremendous enjoyment out of serving others. Amaia's skillsets benefit clients in many areas, especially in land, horse properties and residential with acreage (lifestyle properties).
Doug and Amaia take great pride in working hard on behalf of their clients and promoting their clients' best interests. Honesty and integrity are the foundation of their work ethic and bringing knowledge and experience to the table allows them to advise clients with confidence. Their greatest desire is "to do the best for and by their clients". Together with a cumulative 20+ years as Realtors they keep a pulse on the SW Idaho real estate market and know the importance of understanding niche markets. Having helped clients buy and sell a variety of properties throughout the valley has given them deep experience in all types of transactions. Team Idahope also values the importance of professional relationships in all areas of real estate.
Amaia is a native Homedale girl that started her real estate career in Montana after she and her husband, Wade, bought their first home while attending MSU in Bozeman. Moving back to SW Idaho she has built an excellent reputation throughout the valley due to her hard work and commitment to her clients.
Amaia and her husband, Wade, live in Homedale with their four kids- Teo, Josie, Cy and Sam. As a family they operate Training for the Cross, LLC, a business in which they train & sell horses, run some cows as well as serve in a ministry. Wade's international reputation soared when he won and became the 2021 World Champion at The Road To The Horse event in Ft. Worth, TX. Wade and Amaia also have a non-profit called Training Quality Assurance which is designed to help horse trainers reach their goals through setting training standards in the equine industry. When she's not helping her clients with real estate she is involved with many activities with her family, spending time with them and encouraging her kids as they play sports and rodeo.
