There is a dug well on site and an older septic system.  The sellers have investigated both with the County.   At this time, the Sellers are selling “as-is”.  The County will require a new well and upgrades to the septic system.  Quotes were received from installers and the new drilled well will cost between $6,000-$7,000 and the septic between $8,200-$8,500.  As such, the sellers have reduced their original asking price to take this into consideration for this property.  They will not be responsible for installing either the well or septic.
