The barn is a 24 x 20, two story structure on a cinderblock wall foundation. The lower level is the garage portion which makes a great place to store your ATV/UTV’s.  The second floor is a finished loft with bunks and a non-working bathroom.  The combination of cedar shakes on the ceiling and pine tongue and groove on the walls make this another great spot for a sleep-over or clubhouse for the kids.  There is electric to this structure also.  There is a full tennis court adjacent to the barn that is not in use but could be refurbished.

There are about 30-35 acres in fields and the balance is in forest. Some fields are being farmed for hay or crops.  Several smaller openings would be ideal locations for food plots for deer and turkey.  The forested area is a mix of hard maple, cherry, ash, soft maple, hickory, butternut, birch, hemlock and more.  Timber was thinned in 2017.  The roads and trails are in great shape and ready to walk, ride or stalk.  There is still timber value remaining in the forest and the trees will respond well to the thinning providing income again in the future.  In the meantime, the hunting will continue to be fabulous for deer and turkey with the new lush growth, cover and abundant food sources.  Tree stands can be found in the best locations and the owners practice quality deer management as per the posted signs on the property.

The property adjoins lands owned by NYS. This is not “State Forest”, but hunters are allowed to hunt during specific times during the archery season only.
