The Klutina lodge was designed and set up as a corporate retreat and client relation building facility with room for up to 20 people. The hanger house was built in 2009 on a 5 acre parcel adjoining the end of Copper Center #2 airstrip which is a 2800’ state maintained gravel strip. With 3000’ floor space, 1000’ 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment, 40’ bi-fold door, it has separate water well system, septic system,and electric it can be a stand alone or house extra guests.

Yes, NO TAXES and NO BUILDING PERMITS are required at this Resort. The Lodge is located in an area that has no municipality, so no taxes. There is a volunteer fire department with the firehouse 1/4 mile away and law enforcement by Alaska State Troopers. The Trans Alaska Oil Pipeline is visible from the deck.
