Water: The mountainside on the south of the property is full of springs that form small creeks flowing through the property from west to east. There is a developed spring on the property that feeds a stock water tank.

Fencing: There is a good fence on the west, north and partially on the east side of the property. Natural boundaries with steep timbered slopes and box canyons make borders on the remaining east and southern sides. Partial cross-fencing by Forest Service road.
