What I do isn't a job it's a passion! I love everything about helping people buy and sell Real Estate, especially rural properties. I gained the wisdom and knowledge to help my clients make informed decisions in part from growing up in rural Oregon where my horse was my chosen mode of transportation whenever possible.  In addition, we spent a lot of time traveling across the beautiful Western Cascades for sports and family events.

In addition to my rural upbringing, I have comprehensive knowledge in my field from owning and operating a construction company and home inspection business with my husband since 1992.  

I obtained my Real Estate license in October of 2014 and joined the Horsepower Real Estate team immediately. The opportunity to work with like minded Professional Brokers was one I couldn't pass up! Since joining the best Real Estate company in the Willamette Valley I have continued to learn and grow as a Broker, traveling across the United States to gather vital education taught through the Realtor's Land Institute which is the branch of the National Association of Realtors that focuses on land.  Together our organization IS "The Voice of Land".

I strive to provide the most accurate information to my clients so they can make informed decisions and negotiating a Win/Win situation is always my goal! I try my best to take the stress out of what many people think is one of the most important decisions you make in life.  I have many satisfied clients and new friendships as a result.
