Seth Lehmen

Seth was born and raised in Osage County, Missouri, where he spent most of his time growing up on his family's Century Farm - a farm that has now been in the family for five generations. When not helping out with the day to day cattle operations you could find him chasing whitetails in the fall or searching for turkeys and crappie in the spring. He and his wife now reside in a different part of rural Missouri, on a property near Hermann, where Seth continues to fulfill his passions of hunting and fishing. Growing up in a small town, Seth learned the importance of building solid, trustworthy relationships within the community and looks forward to working closely with you to buy your next dream property or market your current one.

I sold a few properties with Seth in the last 6 months and I would like to say the process was painless, professional, and rewarding. Seth got me a fair price for my properties, and did a lot of the heavy lifting during the process. Seth must have had his hand on the “easy button” because everything felt so easy from start to finish. I highly recommend this guy for your real estate needs.
Seth helped me sell a property very fast and smooth. We listed the property on a Friday and by Monday it was under contract. Thanks Seth for communicating so well through the whole process from start to finish!!
He is very professional but yet personal. He takes the time to know his buyers and his sellers. He was very quick to answer all our questions and concerns. He also kept us up to date on every aspect of the sale. We would use him again.
Seth made the process of selling our home simple. He took the stress out of it. He communicated every step and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend him!
