James Newstead

As a Land and Wildlife broker, James combines hard work, honesty, integrity, with his passion for real estate and love for the great outdoors to provide quality customer service for each of his clients. He is a professional multitasker, who's highly responsive, and will listen to his clients needs, putting that above all. In order to build long lasting relationships, James applies his real world experiences in sales. marketing, and customer service to achieve the best possible outcome.

As a family man, property owner, real estate investor, avid hunter and outdoor enthusiast, James understands the importance of each need that client's may have, while searching for their slice of Oregon paradise. James's conservation background has been unique. He's worked for a wildlife sanctuary as an endangered bird rehabilitation specialist, worked at the New Mexico Bat Research Institute, and was a Youth Conservation Corp Crew leader.  

He's owned and managed a successful retail/wholesale agricultural company and invested in multiple real estate projects from multi family to small ranch properties.

James puts his family first and prides himself on giving back to his rural community as a member of the city council.

All these beneficial experiences have added to James's ability to navigate difficult tasks, communicate effectively, and finish a task while maintaining a positive attitude.
