Dan Empie

For over three years since the death of my foster mother, I tried to market my old farm land that sat vacate for 40 years. Dan Empie however saw the beauty of the woods and wildlife preserve that was filled with timber and game. I could not move back to build my dream retreat nor would I sell to the loggers and gravel contractors. I was stuck in a northern paradise I could not mover back to. We met Dan Empie when we relocated to the Lewis County area. We initially met when he was the realtor for a wonderful couple who offered us the opportunity to rent their home in the town of Watson while it was on the market. Once we began looking for a home to purchase, we immediately though of Dan. After our offer was accepted, Dan was always there to explain every step along the way, from accompanying us on the home inspection, to recommending a local lawyer, to be one of the first to wish us good luck in our new home.
