Caleb Howard

Caleb is a land broker specializing in farms, ranches, timberland, and recreational properties, with experience spanning the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Known as “uniquely qualified,” he brings hands-on expertise in grazing and wildlife management, water rights, carbon credits, timber, and agricultural programs—knowledge built from both professional practice and personal ownership of farms and ranches.

Raised on his family’s operation near Joseph, Oregon, Caleb learned the value of hard work early—logging his first 80-hour week at just 14. He went on to earn a degree in Rangeland Ecology and Management, with a minor in Animal Science Production, from the University of Idaho.

Today, Caleb combines deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for people and place. He thrives on building relationships, exploring land, and helping clients navigate the opportunities and challenges of ownership.
