Brooke began her career in real estate in 2019 following her tenure as a Business Manager for a Burlington, VT physical therapy and functional training facility. As a first-time home buyer in 2019, Brooke witnessed firsthand the difference that a professional and competent real estate agent can make in the real estate transaction; and after purchasing her home, she joined Preferred Properties with the goal of using her business experience to deliver an elevated level of service to clients and to help buyers and sellers alike successfully navigate the real estate process stress-free.
With an honorary business degree from the University of Vermont's Grossman School of Business, Brooke brings her professional business expertise to every stage of the real estate transaction. As the Transaction & Marketing Manager at Preferred Properties, she spends most of her days creating high-quality marketing presentations for our clients' properties and facilitating a smooth closing process for each of our under contract clients.
With a passion for green home construction, sustainable living, and supporting families in our community, Brooke spends her free-time educating herself on the future of sustainable building materials, volunteering as the co-chair of The JSM Family Room Board of Directors, exploring Vermont with her two dogs and husband, and renovating her South Burlington home.
