Alex, a Principal Broker, and former brokerage owner has a wealth of experience. He has represented buyers and sellers in a wide array of property types including income properties, commercial buildings, forest tracts, rural residences and more. His love of the outdoor lifestyle is a catalyst for working in rural real estate; Alex's passions get put to work when venturing onto a ranch, raw land, riverfront property, or piece of irrigated ground. Alex has had the privilege of calling the Rogue Valley his home since 2002 and growing up in the area has given him an immense understanding of the areas attractions. Alex was drawn to the real estate industry as it is rather familiar to him, having been around real estate in one way or another for the better part of his life by partaking in the management and maintenance of his family's rental real estate portfolio as well as observing his mother's career as a principal broker herself.  His experience in construction trades also provide him with additional lenses and an insight that is valuable to his clientele, as well as long relationships with contractors to assist in the process.
