Description
The property is completely wooded with a long history of forest management. The forest is comprised of hard maple, soft maple, cherry, red oak, tulip poplar, beech, birch, hemlock and more. There is a limited amount of timber value currently that will continue to increase over time.
Access throughout the property is excellent via the former logging roads and trails. Access for hunting, hiking and ATV’ing is easy on well defined roads that all lead back to the main entrance.
