Rodney McConnell

Rodney was raised on a working farm and ranch — the kind where mornings start before daylight and the lessons never stop. As one of six boys in a family of seven, he grew up learning the value of hard work, responsibility, and relationships built on a handshake. From collecting eggs and picking sweet corn before school to baling hay at 3 a.m., Rodney’s early years shaped a deep understanding of the rural way of life.

A graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Management and Finance, Rodney began his career trading commodities for farmers — primarily wheat and corn — before returning to his true calling: the land. His family has raised registered Black Angus cattle since the 1950s, and today Rodney carries that legacy forward, managing his own herd and participating actively in the American Angus Association and the family’s annual bull sale.

Rodney lives in the heart of Washington’s farm country — the Tri-Cities area, where over 90 crops are grown. He specializes in acreage, farm, and recreational property, helping clients make smart land investments or find their next place to live the rural lifestyle.
