Nat Cruzen

Born in Walla Walla and raised in Pasco, Nat Cruzen’s roots in the Columbia Basin stretch back generations. His family has been part of the local fabric since the 1940s, and Nat himself has lived the values of hard work, community, and service his entire life. A true entrepreneur from a young age, he chased every opportunity — from childhood jobs to owning multiple businesses — before finding his true passion in real estate.

A graduate of Pasco High School and Eastern Washington University, Nat began his professional career as a teacher and wrestling coach in Kennewick. A proud veteran of the Vietnam era, he’s known for his integrity, drive, and commitment to helping others — whether mentoring students, refereeing high school wrestling tournaments, or guiding buyers and sellers through a land transaction.

For over a decade, Nat has worked alongside Flo Sayre, gaining a reputation for honesty, diligence, and a deep understanding of rural properties, acreage, and investment land.
