Dax Hayden is a broker with Hayden Outdoors in Colorado, New Mexico, and a salesperson in Kansas, specializing in farm, ranch and recreational properties. Dax graduated from Kansas State University in 1993 with a bachelors degree in Agriculture. With over 15 years in the Real Estate, Banking and Insurance industry, Dax has a good knowledge of value. Dax can help you find recreational properties that offer good returns on your investment. With farming and ranching contacts all over Kansas and Colorado, Dax can assist with farming operations, habitat management, and government programs. A native Kansan, Dax has hunted and fished all over North and South America. Whether it is chasing a bugling bull elk in Colorado, pheasants in Kansas or casting his fly rod in the crystal waters of Ambergris Keye, Belize, Dax is at home in the great outdoors.

Dan Brunk is the Marketing Director for LandLeader and is based in our Windsor Office. Dan brings over 18 years of marketing and advertising experience to our team from the real estate, television, publishing, retail marketing and communication industries. Dan graduated from the University of Oregon in 1997 with a degree in Business from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and membership in the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center, the first and best sports marketing center in the nation. He enjoys rooting for the Ducks, spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, camping, hunting and enjoying the great outdoors. Dan manages the marketing campaign for the LandLeader brand and for all members in all territories, and works closely with members to enable them with a strategic and efficient marketing campaign to work best for each brokerage member.

Licensed in Oregon, Colorado, Washington and Idaho. Garrett is an Acredited Land Consultant, the Managing Principal Broker of Record, and a founder of both LandAndWildlife.com and LandLeader.  Since earning a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business, and Minor in Criminology. Garrett has successfully started owned and developed multiple small businesses.  Raised as an avid outdoorsman in the midst of farming, cattle and horses. Garrett's hands on experience in the development of real estate with a strength in rural and commercial property, administers an expert knowledge of recreational, agricultural and timber real estate throughout the Pacific Northwest that’s invaluable for clients and Associates alike.

Sarah Richmond joined the Landleader team as the Office Manager in 2014, after learning the ropes of Real Estate with Hayden Outdoors. Her professional background includes 20 years of residential property and retail business management, public relations and event coordination. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail drive her to provide the best possible service, support and leadership.  Sarah was born and raised in the northern woods of Wisconsin and wears her cheese-head with full Packer pride.  She enjoys traveling, reading, photography, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah Winder is the Marketing Associate for LandLeader and is based in our Windsor Office. Sarah brings over 8 years of extensive skills in graphic design and marketing experience to our team. Sarah graduated from the University Of Northern Colorado in 2013 with a Bachelors of Visual Arts degree in Graphic Design. Graphic Design has always been one of her passions along with music, cooking, the outdoors and spending time with her beautiful family. Sarah assists Dan in making sure that the talented LandLeader team is getting the most efficient, highest quality marketing.

As Colorado native, Heath has always enjoyed the great outdoors of his home state.  As an avid hiker/ rock climber, as well as diehard Bronco fan, you are likely to find him either atop a mountain or cheering on his team at Sports Authority Field. Heath graduated from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY with a BFA in Computer Graphics and has worked across the country perfecting his passion- video editing. His background involves over 9 years of editing, as well as animation, in markets relating to Real Estate, News, sports, music videos, TV and rodeos. Heath is based in our Windsor, CO office, and travels to wherever he is needed to provide the best quality videos for Landleader members and affiliates.

Todd RenfrewTodd Renfrew - President: Todd Renfrew, Broker/Owner of California Outdoor Properties, specializes in buying and selling the finest farm, ranch, and recreational properties throughout California. The Land Report listed California Outdoor Properties as one of America's Top Land Brokerages in 2011 and 2012. Todd has a career he absolutely loves, traveling to all areas of California, looking at properties and talking with long-time ranchers, hearing their stories and learning the history behind their property. Todd prides himself on being direct, upfront, honest and hard-working. He is equally at home in the saddle and in the boardroom.

 

 

Tim O'Neil

Tim O'Neil:  Tim O'Neil is a real estate broker for Land and Wildlife, LLC specializing in the best of the great outdoors. After receiving his Agriculture Degree from Oregon State University, he purchased a 40,000 acre ranch in Central Oregon. Tim spent the next 14 years on the ranch outfitting for elk and deer hunting, managing his timber and raisingRegistered Black Angus cattle. During this time, Tim also enjoyed consulting for other ranches from Montana to California. His recreational time over the last 30 years has been spent hunting big game and fishing all over North America and even Africa. The hours Tim has spent in the field hunting and consulting with others on there wildlife and cattle operations, has given him a priceless hands on education. Jason PettigrewJason Pettigrew: Jason C. Pettigrew, a native Texan, has two passions in life: spending time in the outdoors chasing game with his bow and arrow, and helping make people's recreational property dreams a reality. Jason has hunted all over the world and has experience and a specialized background in matching people's dreams with realities. When Jason started No Fences Land Company, he vowed to only hire the finest, most upstanding individuals to represent our clients. Jason prides himself on streamlining the buying and selling process by putting the right buyers and sellers together.

 

 

Jon KohlerJon Kohler: Jon Kohler is one of the most respected land brokers in the southeast. This is the 25th anniversary of his niche practice that specializes in selling plantations, ranches, and high quality properties in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.  He is a member of both the Florida and Montana Bar and has brokered deals in ten states including record-setting sales such as the Rock Creek/Molpus sale of 124,000 acres,  Greenwood Plantation for the first time since 1899, the 70,000 acre A-Cross Ranch in Saratoga, among others. He founded Jon Kohler & Associates in 1991. He is a founding partner not only of LandLeader®, but also Plantation Marketing Group, and both have forever changed the way land is marketed. Since 2010 alone, he has closed over 190,000 acres. He shares a passion for land stewardship along with most of his clients. He and his family own a conservation property south of Thomasville on the Aucilla River where they also raise grass fed Angus.

 

Brian Bullard: Brian Bullard has been an Associate Real Estate Broker with Timberland Realty since 1989 and developed the recreation property sales portion of the business. He is a forester and natural resource manager by education and training. He holds both a bachelors and masters degree in forestry and resource management from the State University of NY College of Environmental Science & Forestry (SUNY ESF). For the past 25 years, he has helped landowners meet their objectives of improving their properties for both forestry and wildlife. He works with many individuals as well as fish and game/Rod & Gun clubs to meet other recreational goals for their properties. It is this passion for the outdoors that led him into the recreational real estate business. Being an avid hunter, fisherman, hiker, skier, snowmobiler and backpacker he brings a wealth of knowledge, all from practical experience, to each property he has the pleasure to work with. He has hunted and fished throughout the U.S and Canada, and advises on property management issues throughout the Northeastern U.S.

Tim KeohaneTim Keohane: Tim Keohane has been active as a Licensed Realtor since 1991, and became a Broker in 1995. He has owned and operated offices in Michigan's Upper Peninsula since 1993. In 1994, he took over the management of the office in L'Anse, Michigan, now known as Great Lakes & Land Real Estate Company. Tim markets some of the finest Recreational Properties available in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.The several hundreds of miles of area he covers offers exposure to many wonderful recreational properties! Tim has been a "Top Producer" throughout his career, and his offices have proudly held the lead in sales for many years. Tim is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt, fish, and travel back woods trails. His love of the U.P. has allowed him to be involved with the development of several impressive waterfront properties from the 1000 acre private, pristine, residential development called "The Secluded shores" on the beautiful 320 acre Fence Lake, to the building of custom log weekender cabins on Estes Lake, which is surrounded by thousands of acres of Federal Forest.
