Dan graduated from the University of Oregon in 1997 with a degree in Business from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and membership in the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center, the first and best sports marketing center in the nation. He enjoys rooting for the Ducks, spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, camping, hunting and enjoying the great outdoors. Dan manages the marketing campaign for the LandLeader brand and for all members in all territories, and works closely with members to enable them with a strategic and efficient marketing campaign to work best for each brokerage member.

As Colorado native, Heath has always enjoyed the great outdoors of his home state. As an avid hiker/ rock climber, as well as diehard Bronco fan, you are likely to find him either atop a mountain or cheering on his team at Sports Authority Field. Heath graduated from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY with a BFA in Computer Graphics and has worked across the country perfecting his passion- video editing. His background involves over 9 years of editing, as well as animation, in markets relating to Real Estate, News, sports, music videos, TV and rodeos. Heath is based in our Windsor, CO office, and travels to wherever he is needed to provide the best quality videos for Landleader members and affiliates.

Tim O'Neil: Tim O'Neil is a real estate broker for Land and Wildlife, LLC specializing in the best of the great outdoors. After receiving his Agriculture Degree from Oregon State University, he purchased a 40,000 acre ranch in Central Oregon. Tim spent the next 14 years on the ranch outfitting for elk and deer hunting, managing his timber and raisingRegistered Black Angus cattle. During this time, Tim also enjoyed consulting for other ranches from Montana to California. His recreational time over the last 30 years has been spent hunting big game and fishing all over North America and even Africa. Brian Bullard: Brian Bullard has been an Associate Real Estate Broker with Timberland Realty since 1989 and developed the recreation property sales portion of the business. He is a forester and natural resource manager by education and training.
